Age CRITERIA:
ELIGIBILITY AGE FOR THE TOURNAMENT’S IN THE YEAR 2024
Under 7 – Born on or after the 01 Jan 2018 | BS,GS | — |
Under 9 – Born on or after the 01 Jan 2016 | BS,GS | — |
Under 15 – Born on or after the 01 Jan 2010 | BS,GS | BD,GD,XD |
Under 17 – Born on or after the 01 Jan 2008 | BS,GS | BD,GD,XD |
- A Player can play in maximum 4 Events.
- Player should be prepared to play his/her next match with a rest period of maximum 30 minutes.
- Any (Player/ Student/ Participant) residing/ studying/ Working (office) in Delhi or Registered Delhi State Players (Having Active BAI Player ID) can participate in the proposed DELHI STATE BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIPS (U7, U9, U15 & U17) 2024.
- However, a Player/ Student/ Participant, Residing/ Studying/ Working (Office) in Delhi but registered with any other State Badminton Association other than Delhi cannot participate in this proposed DELHI STATE BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIPS (U7, U9, U15 & U17) 2024.
ENTRY FEES
- Singles events of all categories — Rs. 1000/- per player per event
- Doubles events of all categories — Rs. 2000/- per pair per event
- Entries will be accepted on Online Mode Only.
- Entry Fees are non-refundable.

COVID PROTOCOL (For Athletes, Coaches)
- The tournament / Championships will be conducted as per Govt. of India / State Govt. Covid-19 regulations. SOP guidelines need to strictly followed as issued earlier.
- Mask is mandatory for everyone. Players while playing Match are allowed to remove the mask.
- Field of Play Restrictions – Players will be only allowed in the venue 60 minutes prior to their scheduled match. After completing the player must leave the venue within 30 Minutes.
- Always maintain a physical interpersonal distance of at least 1.5 meters with non-cohabitants.
- Always wash your hands frequently and thoroughly.

- All players must carry your Aadhar Card, Current Year School ID Card or Office ID-Card, Date of Birth Certificate issued by the MCD and registered in the same year.
- If the Date of Birth and its Registration is not of the same year, then player must submit Medical Certificate as per BAI format and Average AGE will be calculated as per the Medical Certificate.
- In Paired events both players must mention partner name. Entry shall not be accepted without the partner’s name.
- Each player will pay his own entry fees (e.g., For Doubles event entry fees is 1000 Rs. for each player).
- In paired events partners should play in same sports attire.
- Player should be prepared to play his/her next match with a rest period of maximum 30 minutes.
- Players are the solely responsible for their belongings at the venue. Organizer will not be responsible for any loss.
- All the players participating in this tournament shall maintain strict discipline on & off the court.
- The Organizers are not responsible for any mishap, inside/outside the venue during the tournament.
- All the players are supposed to report at least 45 minutes before their actual match timing.
- The Matches will be played according to the Schedule and No match will be Rescheduled. If the player is not found at the scheduled time of his/her match, walkover shall be given.
- The Decision of the Tournament Committee will be the final on all Points of Facts.
The Chief Referee will be the Sole in charge of all Technical Issues on Point of Law. - Entries shall be sent through www.badmintondelhi.org online only and entry fees shall be submitted through QR Code.
